Full name, tax ID (CPF), email, phone number, and profile photo (optional). This information is necessary to create and manage your account.

1.2 Financial Information

Data about your bank accounts, credit cards, transactions, investments, and financial goals that you manually record in the application.

1.3 Open Finance Data

When you connect your bank accounts via Open Finance, we collect transaction data, balances, and account information directly from your financial institutions through Pluggy, our partner certified by the Central Bank. You have full control over which accounts to connect and can revoke access at any time.

1.4 Usage Data

Information about how you use the application, including pages visited, features used, access times, and device type.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our financial organization services
  • Process your transactions and manage your account
  • Generate personalized financial reports and insights about your spending
  • Sync bank data via Open Finance
  • Send notifications about your account, transactions, and service updates
  • Process subscription payments (Pro and Business plans)
  • Prevent fraud and ensure platform security
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

Pluggy: For Open Finance connection with your financial institutions. Pluggy is certified by the Central Bank and processes your credentials securely.

Stripe: For subscription payment processing. Stripe does not have access to your financial data in the application.

Infrastructure providers: Hosting and cloud storage services necessary to operate the platform.

Authorities: When required by law or court order.

4. Data Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including: encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest, secure authentication with password hashing, restricted data access by authorized employees, continuous security monitoring, and regular audits.

5. Data Retention

We keep your information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. After account deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days, except when there is a legal obligation for retention.

You have the right to:

  • Confirm the existence of data processing
  • Access your personal data
  • Correct incomplete or outdated data
  • Request anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary data
  • Request data portability
