Welcome to ADXIS! These Terms of Service govern your use of our application and services. By creating an account or using ADXIS, you agree to these terms.
1. About the Service
ADXIS is a personal and business financial organization platform. We offer tools to manage bank accounts, credit cards, transactions, investments, and financial reports. ADXIS is NOT a bank, securities broker, or financial institution. We do not perform financial operations, custody of securities, or investment recommendations.
2. Eligibility
To use ADXIS, you must be at least 18 years old, have a valid tax ID (CPF), provide accurate information during registration, and accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
3. Your Account
3.1 Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials. All activities performed on your account are your responsibility.
3.2 Information Accuracy
You agree to provide true and up-to-date information. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with false information.
3.3 One Account per Person
Each user may only have one personal account. Duplicate accounts may be terminated.
4. Plans and Payments
4.1 Available Plans
We offer Free, Pro, and Business plans. The features of each plan are described on the Plans page.
4.2 Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, as you choose. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.
4.3 Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access to paid features remains until the end of the already paid period.
4.4 Refunds
We do not offer refunds for partial periods. You may request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the service for illegal or fraudulent activities
- Attempt to access other users' accounts
- Interfere with the platform's operation
- Reverse engineer or copy the software
- Use unauthorized bots or automation
- Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
6. Open Finance
By connecting your accounts via Open Finance, you authorize Pluggy (our partner certified by the Central Bank) to access your bank data according to Open Finance Brazil rules. You can revoke this authorization at any time in the app settings or directly in your bank's app.
7. Intellectual Property
ADXIS, including its code, design, logos, and content, are property of ADXIS or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service according to these terms.
8. Disclaimers
8.1 We Are Not Financial Advice
ADXIS is an organization tool. We do not provide financial, tax, or investment advice. Financial decisions are your responsibility.
8.2 Data Accuracy
We make efforts to ensure data accuracy, but we do not guarantee that Open Finance information or quotes are always correct or up-to-date.
8.3 Availability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may perform scheduled maintenance.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADXIS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, lost profits, or financial decisions based on platform use.
10. Termination
10.1 By You
You can close your account at any time in the app settings. Your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.
10.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with prior notice when possible.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, SP.
